One bedroom is located on the top level, while the other 4 bedrooms are located on the first level. The unique design of this home has 3 bedrooms facing the ocean for optimal vistas. The master is located on this level with its own door leading out onto the covered porch. There is also a media area on the first floor, so when the kids want to play their games, the adults can simply send them down to the media area to hook up and the grown ups can savor the huge gathering room upstairs.

The master bedroom suite has 1 king bed. Bedroom 2 facing the ocean has 1 queen bed. Bedroom 3, which is the center ocean-facing bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds twin over twin.
