THE LOCATION
Ocean Isle Beach NC, is the ideal spot to savor a coastal vacation. Beach Bumming is only a ten-min. walk to attractions, bars, and eateries. This home is located in, "The Resort at OIB." Property owners and guests will appreciate an oceanfront clubhouse with a private beach access, oceanfront pool and private bathrooms. The beach is a short 6-min. walk away and there is a striking view of the inter-coastal waterway from the front balconies!

PROPERTY DETAILS
This brand new property comes completely supplied with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and relaxing vacation. Conveniences begin with parking for up to 5 cars. There is a private pool, tiki bar and outdoor shower. Pool heating is available for an additional $100 per day during the off-season. Intelligent TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living areas on both floors. The first floor has a wet bar, foosball table, arcade game and shuffleboard game with a beautiful deck! The second floor has a entirely supplied kitchen, a roomy deck and a huge open living area to enjoy time with family and friends! To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a propane gas grille. Additionally, this home comes with six (6) beach chairs for you and your event to utilize at your leisure. This home has a keyless entry and an elevator to make the check-in process seamless! All Stellar Beach units include bed and bath linens for all stays.

The den area includes a couch that pulls out into a Queen.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Pool heating is an additional $100 per nighttime with a 3 nighttime minimum. If you would like pool heating please let us know at the time of booking or at least 30 days prior to your stay. *Please note* pool heating is only available between October 1st - May 15th.
Family Animals are not allowed at this property.
Pre-approval is required for events under age 30.
Fire pits and deep fryers are not allowed for use at this property due to the safety hazards they pose..
Smoking is not allowed at any Stellar Beach Property inside or outside. if caught smoking on the premises you will incur a fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by e-mail or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach.
Stellar Beach highly recommends purchasing traveler insurance!
We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay.
We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made and only if check-in is more than 30 days out.
