  • Private vacation home

This cavernous, well-appointed 4 bedroom, 4 bath home is ready and waiting for your group of 12 or less.

Whether you're looking for a short hideaway, a full- blown vacation or somewhere you can work-learn and play, this is the home for you!

High speed 5g wireless internet, a peaceful space with a enormous desk and chair and learning space at the kitchen island or huge table make it all possible.

When it's time to play, there's a canal and private dock just steps out the back door. You can appreciate a swim or a place to dock your boat or one of the two kayaks, supplied with this property. It's a very short boat ride to the Intracoastal Waterway. The handicap beach access is an painless and short 5 min. (or less) walk away. (use our huge beach wagon to haul your beach essentials or any of the umbrellas or chairs we provide.)

The open floor plan main living area Includes a sizable dining table, breakfast bar, wet bar, and completely equipped kitchen (remodelled in early 2023). A gas fireplace is outstanding for cool mornings and winter evenings. There is an assortment of board games and jigsaw puzzles to savor.

If you are in need of some “chill time”, take advantage of the outdoor spaces including an upper deck (with retractable awning). It’s a great place to lounge in the sun, read a good book, nap or sip coffee or drinks. And the impressive view makes it a good spot to work from, as well - if you must! Yoga enthusiasts tell us it's the ideal spot to start the day while appreciating the sound of our deep toned wind chimes and the gurgling water feature on ground floor.

On the ground level you’ll enjoy a porch swing, covered seating, a tiki bar with swinging hammock chairs and a modest pond and water feature. Organize a cornhole tournament (we have 2 sets) if competition is your thing. For mealtime, a charcoal grille is available. A fourth bathroom located on ground floor makes a great place to shower after a swim or a trip to beach.

.And if you still need more to keep everybody busy, enjoy some ping pong, air hockey or foosball in the garage! (ideal for rainy day entertainment!)

There's an elevator that's handy for folks with mobility challenges, families with modest kids or hauling in suitcases or a week's worth of groceries!! Our elevator is professionally serviced and safety-inspected regularly.

If Ocean Isle Beach is calling your name, pack your bags, leave your troubles at home and head this way for your stay in our little piece of heaven!

Vacation rental home tips and tricks:

When to go & When to reserve a Wilmington, NC rental home:

  • To find the best rental home within your budget, we suggest reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Wilmington, NC vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some property managers offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Ask your property manager if discounts are available for your family.
  • Property management companies often offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for specifics.
  • Find a copy of your local visitors guide when you check-in. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, visitors guide magazines contain offers and deals for nearby tours, shops, and attractions.

Narrow your rental Search:

  • Choose a designated group leader, choose your vacation week, and choose a budget.
  • Determine how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration your family requires. Beach? Canal? No need to choose -- You can have it all! has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
  • Specific information about bedrooms and bed counts is usually available on booking websites. If you don't see them listed, reach out to the property owner before you book the home. Note that most listings specify maximum guest capacity, which typically includes sofa beds in living rooms.
  • Visiting for a specific event or attraction? If so, use a map search to find nearby properties.
  • Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests with disabilities. .
  • Are you traveling with furry, four-legged family members? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Additional fees or could be applied to your contract.

More tips for your visit:

  • Review check in & check out procedures before traveling. Add a note with the instructions to your smartphone, and take a printed copy.
  • To ensure that damages are not linked to your visit, inspect the rental for any problem areas upon check in. Call the host immediately to report your findings. If there is a dispute, having the recorded problems and contact attempts will be useful.
  • Property managers are great sources of help! Feel free to ask any questions during your stay.
  • Be respectful. Often times, surrounding homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking rules is the right thing to do.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Local residents can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to rent beach equipment, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Lock your rental while you are out. Protect your property!
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the property to make sure you've collected all personal belongings. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on excellent feedback to propel future bookings. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationers will appreciate that you share your feedback find their best vacation home. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to remedy it.

Victory Beach Vacations

Victory Beach Vacations

Visitors who are on the hunt for the postcard-perfect vacation rental in the heart of the Carolina Beach or Kure Beach area will find an enticing selection and plenty of friendly customer service when they rent through Victory Beach Vacations. Based in Carolina Beach in the coastal Cape Fear region, Victory Beach Vacations has more than 100 vacation rentals in all shapes and sizes to ensure that every vacationing family can find their dream home away from home on the beach.   When you book your Cape Fear getaway with Victory Beach Vacations, the fun doesn’t end when you leave the beach, it continues with an array of privately-owned properties outfitted with all of the amenities needed for a fabulous beach vacation.   Jenna Lanier, General Manager, explains that her family first opened the rental and property management business in 2002. At the forefront of Victory Beach operations is Lanier’s mother, Caroline Meeks. Meeks is both the Broker in Charge and co-owner with husband, Buck Meeks, who manages the Field Services team with Lanier’s husband, Scott.   For nearly 20 years, the Victory Beach team has worked tirelessly to establish a network of top-of-the-line rental properties for Cape Fear visitors to enjoy. “As far as our properties go,” explains Lanier, “they are all updated, well-furnished and appointed. “We have always performed post-cleaning inspections and since the pandemic, have put freshly laundered duvets over all of the comforters between rentals.”   Lanier emphasizes how important the guests experience is “we strive to give our guests a relaxing, stress free, memorable vacation.” This emphasis on customer service has led to Victory Beach Vacations having a 4.8 Google rating with over 300 reviews by happy owners and guests. In addition to Victory Beach’s superior sanitation practices, the company offers properties for every type of visitor. Choose from luxury oceanfront houses and condos to more reasonbly priced 2nd row properties with oceanviews. Many properties include pools and hot tubs as well, perfect for outdoor entertaining, and many are dog friendly.   Lanier also notes that all properties are within walking or driving distance to Pleasure Island’s main attractions – Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. The former, as described by Lanier, is the more commercialized of the two destinations and features a boardwalk, outdoor dining options and a plethora of weekly activities including fireworks, live music, amusement park pop-ups, and movies under the stars. Kure Beach offers a more residential feel with its fishing pier, intimate restaurants and family favorite, North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher.More water fun awaits, too. “There is a harbor and a canal that feed into the intercoastal. We have several properties on the harbor so guests can bring their boat, kayak, [or jet ski] and travel between islands,” says Lanier.   A stay with Victory Beach Vacations is an annual pilgrimage for most. “A large percentage of guests are previous guests. Some even reserve the same property for the next year as they’re checking out,” Lanier says. “It’s almost like it’s their personal vacation home.”   Even before guests arrive at their vacation destination, the Victory Beach Vacations’ website greets them with a live beach cam and exquisite aerial footage of both Carolina and Kure Beaches.
