The Master bedroom is located on the second level, providing a king size bed, oceanfront, a TV, and has a private full bath with shower/tub combo. Pool heater may be available September - May upon advance request only, with pool heating fee of $400 plus tax, paid in advance. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 nighttime units. Pool cooling may be available upon advance request only during the months of July & August, with a pool cooling fee of $250 plus tax, paid in advance.
