Cook and entertain in style in the cavernous kitchen equipped with all the necessary amenities, from cooking appliances to silverware, this kitchen has everything you need. Coffee lovers will appreciate having their choice of a Nespresso Vertuo or Keurig/drip coffeemaker ensuring you can savor your favorite brew just the way you like it. This property also features a private floating dock with deep-water access (Boat lift is not available for guests' use). You can dock your boat, launch a kayak, paddleboard, fish, or simply relax and float in the afternoon sun. Additionally, a fish cleaning station is located on the dock to help you prep your catch for dinner at either the gas or charcoal grille.
