Parking is located in the parking garage under the home. Rent bicycles, golf carts, drive within 10 mins. or less to Historic Fort Fisher, NC Aquarium. Downtown Wilmington is about 15-25 mins. away (depending on traffic!).

Animals are acceptable with one time pet fee of $75. The area around this unit can get busy in summer months from the amusement park across the street and restaurant below.

When to book & When to go:

  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Carolina Beach. Book your rental in Spring or Fall to get the benefit of gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season.   • Just prior to departing, take a final walk-through to make sure you did not forget anything. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, remember to take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a fantastic vacation? Many rental websites make it easy for travelers to provide comments. If your rental property and/or property manager was fantastic, they would love to hear about it.
