Highlights of this 2nd row home include a freshly added private pool, splendid wraparound balconies, extravagant furnishings, and ample space for your entire family to spread out. New updates have transformed the exterior into an outdoor getaway, which includes beautiful landscaping, a shining pool, and a dedicated sitting area with a fire pit. Plus, some of the best places to dine are basically in your backyard — like Koko Cabana, Lazy Turtle Bar & Grille, and Ruby's Coffeehouse & Eatery.

You'll appreciate the lavish interior with high-end finishes and a reverse floor plan that takes full advantage of the coastal sights! Downstairs has a second living area with an magnificant sectional couch to snuggle up on and read your favorite book while listening to the waves in the background! You'll find the 3 cavernous guest bedrooms on this lower level, each with its own bathroom. The first queen bedroom has partial ocean vistas, direct access to the lower wraparound balcony, and a private bathroom with a bespoke-tiled shower. The second queen bedroom is just as roomy with coastal furnishings, a flatscreen TV, and a bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination. The final bedroom is superb for the kids (or younger adults) with a bunk bed that has double-size beds and a twin-size trundle. We know you want to relax without stopping at the store when you get to the island. To get you started, we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pod, washing machine pod, dishwashing soap, hand soap at every sink, bath soap, and shampoo/conditioner.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
