On the second floor, you will appreciate a roomy, ocean side open deck ideal for soaking up the sun. Outside shower, enclosed garage, Flat screen TV's, DVD player, sound system, IPE Wood deck furnishings, and a view to die for! Picnic/eating area with gas grille and picnic table to relax while grilling out. Non-Smoking Home-smoking only outside on the ground level (not on decks).
