POOL & OUTDOOR FUN

The fenced private pool gets plenty of sunshine and is surrounded by loungers and additional seating. The tiki bar and outdoor TV create an easy poolside gathering spot, while pool noodles and floats add to the fun.

A gas grille is available for cookouts, and the outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off after a day on the sand.

GAME TIME

The garage doubles as a game zone with ping pong, foosball, Pop-A-Shot basketball, and cornhole.

The mid-level den provides another place to hang out with a couch, TV, Pac-Man arcade game, puzzles, board games, and a wet bar with wine refrigerator.

KITCHEN, LIVING & DECKS

The top level is home to the main living space, kitchen, and dining area. The kitchen features a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, island/breakfast bar with seating, and both drip and Keurig coffee makers.

Front and rear decks are located on both the mid and top levels. The rear decks offer rocking chairs and additional seating, the mid-level front deck has chairs with a low table, and the top-level front deck offers outdoor dining space.

POOL HEATING

Pool heating is optional, requires a 3-nighttime minimum, and is available by request outside of Memorial Day through Labor Day. Please request heating at least 2 weeks prior to check-in. Weather and environmental conditions affect heating performance, and an exact water temperature cannot be guaranteed. Please contact the host/property manager prior to booking for additional information.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Age Requirement: Guests under 25 must receive pre-approval.

Smoke & Drug-Free Environment: All Pier 42 properties are smoke-complimentary and drug-complimentary. Smoking, vaping, and recreational drug use are prohibited.

Pet Policy: One pet may be considered with prior approval. Guests planning to bring a pet must notify the host/property manager prior to booking. Current rabies vaccination records, proof of flea and tick prevention, and a photo of the pet are required and must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Animals are not allowed on beds or in the swimming pool and must comply with applicable Ocean Isle Beach regulations regarding family pets on the beach and leash requirements. Family Pets left unattended must be crated and may not be left outside. Guests are responsible for additional cleaning or repairs resulting from their pet. Unauthorized pets may result in additional charges. Trained service animals are allowed as required by applicable law.

Gas Grille: A gas grille is supplied. Propane is not supplied. Guests may bring their own propane tank or, after booking, arrange propane delivery through available guest services.

Parking: Parking is available for up to 5 cars.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid excluding the "admin fee" (if applicable) if you notify Pier 42 Realty & Vacations in writing (by e-mail or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within sixty (60) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 60 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Pier 42 Realty & Vacation Units. Admin costs are non-returnable.
