A brand new bespoke luxury island home is ready for your 2024 vacation season! This striking 5 bedroom oceanfront resort property really has everything you could ever need for the ideal Holden Beach vacation rivaling any 5-star resort.

Beginning with the outside and on the ground level there is a private upsized pool featuring an broad deck, a unique tanning ledge, and even a waterfall feature. This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/max. of 87 F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance. Under the shade of pergolas and the decks, you can indulge in CJs @ Holden Beach consisting of a dedicated grille and Blackstone cooking area, outdoor dining, and a lounge with ample seating and outdoor games. Two outdoor showers with private dressing areas and hot and cold water are ideal for rinsing off the salt water after a day on the beach or calming around the impeccably designed pool.

On the ground floor, you will also find your very own EV and golf cart charging station. There is a minor additional fee of $250 per week. The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and bags up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules.

Two expansive decks provide 180-degree elegant vistas of the Atlantic Ocean. They are complemented by another outdoor bistro dining area, relaxing in comfortable gliders and a glass walled-in area boasting a 48 gas fire pit ideal for evening drinks, s mores, and roasting marshmallows.

Inside, you will be surrounded by generous natural light and chic decor where attention to detail is ample. Each of the five luxuriously appointed bedrooms has huge flat-screen intelligent TVs and private mini-fridges. Two primary king suites have private balconies providing unparalleled ocean vistas complimented by intelligent TVs with surround sound, hotel-style linens, and spa-style showers. A third King suite is ideal for a unique and unobstructed view of the Intercoastal Waterway from yet another private balcony. The true star of the bedrooms is a bunk room designed for the young and young at heart. Hosting up to 6 people under a cathedral ceiling, the bunk room also has a private minifridge and a massive 70 TV with surround sound system already wired for their favorite electronic game consoles. The upper bedrooms have access to a convenient central drink center with a wet bar, coffee station, and wine and drink cooler.

Foodies will be delighted with a chef's kitchen with a 6-burner commercial gas stove top, a gas range, and two convection oven microwaves. The kitchen also features double fridges and freezers, a dual-temperature wine and beverage cooler, and a high-capacity ice maker. Above the wine cooler is a dedicated beverage station for your favorite beverages including coffee and cappuccinos. After a sumptuously prepared meal, appreciate a dining experience with ocean vistas at a table to seat 12 and a kitchen island for another 4 persons. Afterward, call a family movie nighttime and gather in the upsized living room in front of a 75 intelligent TV with surround sound and simple connections for gaming. Finish the day reminiscing and appreciating the expansive 7-foot wide fireplace.

All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides bath beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.
