This 5 bedroom/5 bathroom home has 2 living spaces, private pool, ample parking, and an elevator. It sits directly across from the beach and has unobstructed vistas of oceans’ waves pounding the surf! The home has an optimal location in that its less than a mile from stores/eateries on the island in addition to its beach access directly in front of it. For those in need of EV charging, there is a Tesla charger in the garage for your use upon request in advance of your arrival. The charger is a 60 AMP system. This property is an simple walk, bicycle ride, or drive from the bridge which host local events, music, and activity centered on Holden Beach.

There is a gated privacy fence surrounding the pool. The pool can be heated upon advance arrangements for additional charge.

Less than a mile or just a few blocks towards the bridge from the home is a kids’s splash pad and playground. There is also a full basketball court which doubles for pickleball games throughout the week. Play a fast pickup game or bring your chair to appreciate cool breezes between the Intercoastal and Atlantic Ocean. Free Live Beach Music concerts are hosted by the island on Sunday afternoons under bridge. Great spots for a seafood dinner or ice cream for the family are also close by.
