Welcome to "By The Sea" our new home away from home! We have been working hard to add special touches and make our home feel welcoming for you and your family. These photos will be refreshed in the Fall, however please note additions have been made since these were taken. For instance, a table on the 2nd floor balcony for you to savor your coffee with an ocean view!

THE LOCATION
Ocean Isle Beach has so much to offer! Savor marvelous local eateries, kayaking, fishing, putt putt, and so much more on the island. There are also numerous golf courses just a short 5 min. drive from the island. "By The Sea" features handsome ocean vistas and on the opposite side, inter-coastal vistas, from the main living area and balconies! It is only a 3-min. walk to the nearest beach access. Come appreciate our home away from home!
PROPERTY DETAILS
This property comes completely supplied with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and calming vacation. Conveniences begin with covered parking and lighting for up to 6 cars. There is a private pool, tiki bar and an outdoor shower. Intelligent TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living areas on both floors. The first floor has a queen size sleeper couch, and decks that features a elegant water view. The second floor has a sizable open living area, featuring another deck for all your relaxing needs! This home is very roomy and the elevator goes to all levels. To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a propane gas grille. Additionally, this home comes with six (6) beach chairs for you and your event to utilize at your leisure. All Stellar Beach units include bed and bath linens for all stays. This home has keyless entry to make the check-in process smooth!

First Floor-
Room 1: Two sets of Twin Bunk Beds with a trundle with a private bath
Room 2: Queen with a private bath
Room 3: Queen with a private bath
The den area includes a couch that pulls out into a Queen.
Second Floor-
Room 4: Queen with private bath
Room 5: King with private bath

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Animals are not allowed at this property.
Pre-approval is required for events under age 30.
Smoking is not allowed at any Stellar Beach Property.
Fire pits and deep fryers are not allowed for use at this property due to the safety hazards they pose.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by e-mail or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach.

Stellar Beach highly recommends purchasing traveler insurance!
We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay.
We also offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made and only if check-in is more than 30 days out.
