Our 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home features an broad living area for guests to gather, roomy decks on every level, a fenced yard, and even a beach area along the waterway. We provide a entirely equipped kitchen with everything you need for hosting families or bigger groups. Guests can appreciate full dock access and access to the boat lift.
Linen service is included in the cleaning cost. In addition to sheets, we provide fresh bath towels, bath mats, and beach towels with each stay!

Parking: Assigned parking for 3 cars in paved driveway and garage
Check in is at 4 PM and Check out is at 10 AM. We unfortunately cannot offer early check ins or late check outs during the high season but can accommodate suitcases drop off while you enjoy the beach! Use of boat lift requires security deposit.

**A signed rental agreement is required upon booking. You will be contacted and sent an agreement for e-signature. If the agreement is not signed, Lumina/KPU reserves the right to cancel the booking.

Located in Wrightsville Beach, this vacation home is on the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach. South End Surf Shop and New Hanover County Arboretum are also worth visiting. With kayaking, motor boating, and surfing/body boarding nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.
