The outdoor living spaces are just as inviting with a screened-in porch, a private saltwater swimming pool (open from Easter - October) adjacent to the home, and a ground-level deck area with a glider, picnic table, and grilling area. Appreciate calming marsh vistas as you prepare your meal on a Weber gas grille. Enjoy an evening drink while you view marsh wildlife including deer, heron, egrets as well as the rare bobcat. After a long day at the beach or the pool (pool floats and toys supplied), you can savor the outside enclosed shower with hot and cold water. This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.
