The upstairs full bath includes a newly installed five-foot walk-in shower for your comfort.
Outside, the property provides a hot and cold enclosed outdoor shower, ideal for rinsing off after a day at the beach or on the water. The canal-side porches, both covered and open, invite you to sit and appreciate the view of passing boats. This property is available for weekly units only. It features keyless entry for a smooth check-in and check-out process. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
In the event of cancellation, refunds will only be issued if the property is re-rented for the same dates and rental rate. If re-rented, all payments will be refunded, less a our administrative and convenience fee.
If the property is not re-rented, all payments are forfeited.
This cancellation policy supersedes Vacation Rental By Owner’s platform settings and applies to all reservations booked through Williamson Realty Vacations.
