This second row home (very close to the ocean) has elegant ocean vistas due to single-story homes across the street and a reverse floorplan. Beach access (one with a rare handicap ramp) is just 500 feet away to the right or to the left of the home. You will appreciate the Stainless Steel appliances, redone floor, new vinyl railings on the front decks and refreshed decorations!
