Villa with unobstructed ocean vistas from sizable furnished shaded deck. 2 min. walk to beach(200 yards). New carpet, bedspreads, lamps and photos. Full access to ocean club with waterfront pool, outdoor tiki bar. 4 tennis courts steps away. Covered parking off the street, elevator, complimentary wifi, completely equipped and supplied kitchen, 5 TVs with DVD players, 2nd floor unit, all beach accessories furnished (towels, chairs, umbrellas, cooler, toys, etc). 30 min. from North Myrtle Beach and 45 mins. from center of Myrtle Beach. Over 100 golf courses in area, close by aquariums and museums, 1.5 miles to pier, 15 mins. to world famed Calabash seafood eateries, 45 mins. from historic Wilmington, very wide and gently sloping beach. Towels, linens, tennis and ocean club supplied.
The Islander Villas Community is on the west end of the island which has a much wider beach and is less busy than the upper end. The Islander Villas community has a very nice ocean front pool club with pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, outdoor tiki bar all on the ocean front as well as 4 community tennis courts.
Ocean Isle Beach is a south facing barrier island with 7 miles of beach on the Atlantic Ocean, located 12 miles south of the NC/SC border. Ocean Isle Beach is a much quieter and less busy island than areas like Myrtle Beach, etc. The beach is spectacular and is very wide and clean with a nice gentle slope. The island has a fishing pier, arcade, surf stores, eateries, museum, ice cream parlor, mini golf course, bicycle, jet ski, kayak, boat and golf cart units. The backside of the island has peaceful protected water great for kayaking.

About the Area

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this villa is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Ocean Isle Beach and Brunswick Islands Beach, while Museum of Coastal Carolina and Sunset River Marketplace are cultural highlights. Ingram Planetarium and Planet Fun are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including basketball and golfing.
