This 4-bedroom, 4 ½ bath home has an inverted floor plan featuring 3 bedrooms on the first floor with private baths, 42” flat-screen TVs (in bedrooms 1, 2, and 3), and ceiling fans. The first-floor family room features a 42” flat-screen TV, Xbox, and Bose 3-2-1 sound system. A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located on the first floor. The second floor features a enormous open-concept kitchen with a drink center, plenty of cabinet space, a Keurig and a regular coffee maker, and a separate dining area with additional seating at the sizable center island. The Great Room is pretty and roomy with a 60” flat-screen TV. The King primary bedroom, located off of the Great Room, has a private bath, 42” flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and closet.

Appreciate your morning coffee under one of the covered porches with outdoor seating and peaceful ocean vistas. After a fun day at the beach, you can also appreciate a spectacular in-ground swimming pool (open from Easter - October) with an outdoor huge Blackstone griddle, enclosed shower, bar, refrigerator, and a 65" outdoor flat-screen TV over the bar for your entertainment. There is plenty of seating for those warm summer evenings around the pool and to savor the ocean breeze. Conveniently located on Brunswick Avenue, it is just a fast 3-min. walk to the private access located at the end of Boyd Street.

Savor a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap.

We're excited to include cabana service with weekly stays from Easter through October—no hauling, no hassle, just more time to relax by the sea! In partnership with Beach Boys Cabanas, your shaded cabana will be set up and taken down each day (Sunday–Friday, weather permitting, at the vendor's discretion).
