Conveniently located on one of the island's widest deep-water canals, with a private floating dock, this home is a watersport enthusiast's dream. So bring your kayaks, SUPs, and don't forget to reserve your jet ski units! The fenced backyard is ideal for your furry friend to appreciate their time at the beach as well! The beach access is just a short walk away at the Holden Beach Pier, so you are only moments away from sand and sun. You are also within walking distance to the local general store, surf shop, and best of all an ice cream shop! As part of our commitment to southern #Hobbspitality, this owner provides you with "Ready for Bed'' service. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket so you can jump right in to making memories rather than making beds! Please feel complimentary to bring your own favorite snuggle blanket. Please note, that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons and daybeds will not be made up, fresh linens will be included. Our bed linen deliveries, towel units and Ready for Bed services are supplied by local vendors and may be finished after check-in time. All dogs deserve their day at the beach! This owner invites you to bring your canine family member along, up to 65 pounds. Your first doggie stays for complimentary, and your second dog requires $500 per week in Doggie Dues.
