Holden beach, voted one of America's top ten family beaches. Channel home with private deep water boat dock, steps to the beach. This is where you can really relax. No high rises, no traffic, no stoplights on the island. This is where my family and I relax. My home is on a deep water canal with dock--- Our home has 2 bedroom and 1 bath, kitchen and livingroom. There is 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, and a futon in the living room. Between $135-$200 per nighttime per unit for weekly units depending on time of year. We only do weekly units from June1-August 31st. We will rent nightly in the spring and fall. (2 nighttime minimum) We also have a lower unit on the same property. If you prefer no stairs or need additional space- Check out HomeAway #9352350

  • The sooner you can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked early. Booking your rental home six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Wilmington, NC area. To get the best value, consider changing your group's vacation to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer great weather, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic.

  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer guests an option to buy trip insurance.   • Inspect the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the host isn't available, take photos of the property to record its condition.
  • Leave feedback! Property managers rely on good ratings to compel new reservations. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other families will be thankful you shared your feedback find their best vacation rental. Remember to be objective.
