You'll find refreshed living room furnishings, beds, and fresh paint this year as well as intelligent TVs in the living area and each bedroom. Paved parking under the building. Near local eateries, grocery store, marina, and bridge. Wireless internet is supplied, and outdoor showers are on the boardwalk between buildings.

The entire exterior of the building was updated, as well as the shower facilities, decks, porches, and a walkway to the beach was added. This home does not have a grille, but you can rent one for the week through one of the local beach equipment rental companies.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality!' Savor a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

In partnership with Beach Boys Cabanas, your shaded cabana will be set up and taken down each day (Sunday–Friday, weather permitting, at the vendor's discretion).
