Sand Dollar Cottage is an open floor plan home with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths on the beautiful Bald Head Island. Walking distance to South Beach and short cart ride to the market and marina. The home was newly professionally redesigned and refreshed with a coastal interior. The attractively refreshed kitchen has all new appliances, cabinets, and countertops. The cavernous family & dining area is open to the Carolina room for additional living space. Savor the sound of the ocean from the huge deck with awesome seating areas, dining table & grille.

The bungalow has two primary bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and two additional bedrooms.

The village of Bald Head Island is a golf cart only community. The bungalow includes 2 golf carts (4 persons each). While the island has a limited number of businesses, there are multiple eateries, stores, and a market for groceries.
