Sand Dollar Cottage is an open floor plan home with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths on the pretty Bald Head Island. Walking distance to South Beach and short cart ride to the market and marina. The home was freshly professionally redesigned and remodeled with a coastal interior. The elegantly modernized kitchen has all new appliances, cabinets, and countertops. The cavernous family & dining area is open to the Carolina room for additional living space. Appreciate the sound of the ocean from the enormous deck with awesome seating areas, dining table & grille.

The bungalow has two primary bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and two additional bedrooms.

The village of Bald Head Island is a golf cart only community. The bungalow includes 2 golf carts (4 persons each). While the island has a limited number of businesses, there are multiple eateries, stores, and a market for groceries.

There are 4 bicycles on the property. We do not guarantee the condition of bicycles at the time of rental. There is a place on the island to rent bicycles if needed.
