Unbelievable location! Our 4 bedroom, ocean front home is the ideal family vacation spot! There are 3 bedrooms in the main home and a guest crofter. Our home has a traditional floorplan with a cavernous, open design. The living, dining and kitchen are on the first floor. The other 3 bedrooms are located upstairs including a sizable master suite over looking the ocean. Appreciate the broad back porch while watching the spectacular sunsets. We have 2 golf carts for your enjoyment, beach gear and wifi.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in South Beach, a neighborhood in Bald Head Island.   • In the Wilmington, NC area, The earlier you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved very early. Booking your rental six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
  • To book the largest vacation home within budget, we strongly suggest reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at Wilmington, NC restaurants, beaches, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Wilmington, NC vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.

  • At departure, complete a final walk-through to confirm you haven't forget anything. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the property one final time and look for damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever possible. If the host is not available, ensure that you take photos of the property to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on good ratings to compel new reservations. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other families will will be grateful for your experience find their best rental home. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to remedy it.
