Appreciate plenty of parking for up to 4 cars, plus a cavernous outdoor dining area with comfortable seating—ideal for evening drinks, family dinners, and entertaining after a day in the sun! Walk to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, local eateries, and attractions with ease.



The Space:

access to all outdoor activities "Pleasure Island" has to offer fishing, boating, cycling, surfing, kayaking, and deep sea charters. Many exceptional eateries, eclectic drinking holes and coffee stores + Historic Ft. Fisher and the NC Aquarium. Check out Carolina Beach’s new mural project too! - Wilmington Airport and Downtown Wilmington less than 40 mins away. -There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project.

We also have a reverse osmosis water system in our home so you will never have to worry about the water you are drinking ????



Other Things to Note:

We supply the following for each property: A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towels. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everybody has their own preferences for these =) Please review our home rules prior to your stay.
