The broad open concept living area offers plenty of room for your crew to spread out. Gather in the living room to stream a favorite movie on the huge intelligent TV or warm yourselves in the glow of the electric fireplace during the cooler months.

Neutrals and cool grays anchor this space, while pops of bright marine blue add a sense of playfulness and recall the home’s namesake. The sturdy wooden dining table seats at least eight adults comfortably, with bench seating along one side for flexibility. Four additional seats are available around the kitchen island, ideal for more intimate meals or keeping the family chef comfortable as they prepare.

The kitchen is entirely supplied with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, and under cabinet lighting adds to the brightness of this space. A half bath is located beside the kitchen for your convenience, along with a enormous laundry room that provides a stackable washer and dryer for your use.

When it’s time to retire for the evening, you’ll find that each bedroom features a wall-mounted intelligent TV for personal entertainment. The second bathroom with a standard tub/shower combo is located in the hall and is shared by the remaining three bedrooms. The first two bedrooms are each furnished with a queen bed. The final bedroom is arranged as the ultimate kid hang out, with a twin-over-double bunk bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, fun sea-life themed linens and even a stuffed friend or two!

Outside, the partially covered back deck offers a variety of furnishings to lounge on as you watch the kids splash in the pool or simply appreciate the vistas. The elevated saltwater private pool is a really peaceful getaway. Float your cares away to the relaxing soundtrack of singing birds and rusting marsh grasses even in the spring and fall - Pool heating may be added with advance notice for an additional fee.

If you’re in the mood for adventure instead, head down to the private dock stretching into the canal below. Drop one of the three included kayaks into the water or grab a chair on the covered gazebo and cast your line instead.

Savor your private, elevated saltwater pool, really a special feature! To ensure your comfort during your stay, the pool can be heated on chilly days and cooled on hot ones. It’s maintained and cleaned year-round, so you can take a exhilarating dip whenever you like.

Please note that the temperature control system (heating or cooling) is available for an additional fee and must be booked in advance to ensure it's ready for your arrival. Please contact the OIA office at least 24 hours prior to arrival to request pool heating or cooling and pay the required fee. Due to the heat pump's capabilities, heating is available only when the outdoor air temperature is above 50°F. The heated or cooled water temperature will generally be set to 85°F (but actual temperature may vary depending on weather, wind, cloud cover and air temperature).
