You can walk out the door to immediate beach access and is within walking distance from local eateries, coffee stores, a community lake, a playground, and tennis/pickleball courts.
Your stay is the ideal distance from the Carolina Beach Pier in a peaceful and family-friendly haven, but close enough to appreciate a top 10 boardwalk in the country, by Food and Wine Magazine, with carnival rides, fishing, grilles, bars, games, bicycle or surf units, and more!

For the adventurer, it is near Carolina Beach State Park which runs along a handsome riverbed, ideal for hiking or runs. Or drive down the road to the North Carolina Aquarium or take a short ferry ride to the appealing town of Southport for the day.

Renovated Full-Size Bathrooms! All tiled shower in master bedroom with granite countertop and all tiled guest bathtub with granite countertop. The deck is massive, 12' x 24', from which you can watch the surfers, dolphins, and sunrise. And if you prefer, you can lounge by the pool, prepare at the outdoor grilles, and then clean off with an outdoor shower before calling it a day.

FOR YOUR SAFETY: This building has just been refreshed with a new modern fire protection system. Very few condo buildings on the beach have fire protection to this degree!

Important: the building is stringently non-smoking; there is no smoking allowed in the unit nor on or around the decks either. It is also a non-pet unit, no exceptions.
