The elevator makes every level conveniently accessible for grandparents, while kids and teens adore the game room and beachfront location. With plenty of space to gather—and plenty of room to spread out—everybody can relax and appreciate their own ideal beach day.

????Supplied for your stay: hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, pool towels, cleaning supplies & trash bags to get you through your stay. We also supply clean linens, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap so you don't have to run back out to the store.



Please Note:



**Elevator available for convenience; however, as a residential system, operation is not guaranteed at all times. Please inquire if your group depends on elevator access.



**Outdoor cameras are present for safety (NO cameras inside).

We have 3 outdoor cameras. 1st, located at the end of the carport facing towards the door. 2nd, located on the ground floor facing the grilling, hot tub, and yard. 3rd is on the top of the 4th floor at the end of the wall separating the other unit facing towards the yard and beach. We do not monitor, but they are there for our safety and yours. Our property is comfortably accessible from the beach and the road.



No smoking or vaping inside the condo or patio $500 fine for smoking(We have ground-level seating for this)

No family pets in this unit, the unit is pet-complimentary - a $300 fine for any pet on the property



Guest Access:

High Tide Hideaway is the LEFT side (from the road) of a duplex - Unit 1. The outside of the duplex has the sign "Breaking Free". We have parking for 4 - 5 cars depending on size. The elevator is on the ground level (outside) and reaches all floors. An entrance to stairs is also on ground level.

*** Hurricane season: We are in a hurricane-prone area, and each year we face threats from approaching storms. Refunds are only issued if the city issues an evacuation order, requiring you to leave the island for safety. Unfortunately, weather conditions alone do not qualify for refunds unless they become life-threatening.
