No smoking or vaping inside the condo or patio (We have ground level seating for this)

No family pets in this unit, the unit is pet-complimentary

Guest Access:
High Tide Hideaway is the LEFT side (from the road) of a duplex - Unit 1. The outside of the duplex has the sign "Breaking Free". We have parking for 4 - 5 cars depending on size. The elevator is on the ground level (outside) and reaches all floors. An entrance to stairs is also on ground level.
