August 7th to August 21st rental weekly amount is $3,110.00 In the fall off season the rental season starts on 8/22/2026 to 12/31/26, for a weekly rate of $2710.00. Winter rental will be $2900.00 per month including utilities. One month winter rental is the minimum. Winter units run from September15th 2026, until May 15,2027. Winter 2026/2027 Rental monthly rate will be $2900.00 a month including utilities of cable, water, sewer and electric. Departure cleaning will also be applied separately for monthly winter units.
