Featuring 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, you can appreciate the ocean from either of 2 covered decks or the sun deck. Have some family fun making home-cooked meals in the well-equipped kitchen or gather together in the roomy dining area for meals and games. A drink refrigerator keeps the whole family's drinks cool for the beach. After your day on the sand, rinse away the salt and sea with warm water in the refreshed outdoor shower. Alee Side is designed to comfortably fit all your family's generations, with 3 bedrooms on the main level!

Inside you will savor many upgrades; including fresh paint and luxury vinyl plank floor, new granite kitchen countertops, new AC and coastal furnishings (including 3 of the most comfortably comfortable recliners ever). There is room for everybody in the open-concept living room, dining room and kitchen. Adjacent to the living area are 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths & laundry room. Bedroom #1 has 2 full size beds, TV, street-side view, and shares a full Jack-n-Jill bathroom with bedroom #2, complete with a tub/shower combination. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, TV, ocean view, and shares a full Jack-n-Jill bathroom with bedroom #1, complete with a tub/shower combination. Bedroom #3 has a king size bed, TV, street-side view, and a full bath with a walk-in shower connecting to the kitchen/dining area. Privacy abounds on the upper level with two additional huge bedrooms, each with its own private bath. Bedroom #4 has 2 full size beds, sitting area, TV and a private bath with tub/shower combo.
