*6 seater street legal golf cart on site. Valid driver's license, insurance, and signed waiver required for rental. Must be over 21 to operate the golf cart.

HOME RULES:
*Home is smoke-complimentary. Smoking/vaping is stringently prohibited on the property

*Must be 25 or older to rent this property

*Dog friendly, with pet fee, no other family pets allowed. Dogs are not allowed on furnishings. Please crate dog if left home unattended.

*No events or events, no exceptions. This home is in a peaceful neighborhood and we want to be respectful of our neighbors.
