It offers a queen-size bed and a comfortable pullout couch. Sink into classic traditional furnishings with clean lines and designer colors. The kitchen is well outfitted with everything you need to prepare modest meals up to huge Thanksgiving dinners. Kids will savor a cabinet full of fun family games. A short trip downstairs takes you directly to the Carolina Beach Grille and Bar where you can dine in or relax on their outside patio. Primary Bedroom Suite with Ensuite bath, granite tile shower, bath access to the hallway 



Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and laying on the end of the beds. 



Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Arrival/departure:

Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm.

Check-out is by 10 AM. 

We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early early or plan to delay your departure.

Pet Policy:

Dogs Only Accepted with Restrictions.  Dogs are subject to an additional payment and restrictions! Carolina and Kure Beaches are pet-friendly, but you must follow town guidelines. Please check the town website for beach pet restrictions.



Cancellation Policy:

We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Getting Around:

Getting around Pleasure Island is a breeze! While parking can be limited in peak season, especially in trendy spots, paid private or public parking is available. We recommend exploring Carolina Beach and Kure Beach on foot or by bicycle – they're super walkable and bicycle-friendly. You'll find safe pedestrian and bicycle routes, including the Island Greenway. Renting a golf cart or bicycle is simple, too, with multiple local rental companies. Golf carts are one of the easiest ways to cruise around the island. Units are simple to arrange, and once you're behind the wheel, you can zip along any road posted 35 mph or under.
