Island Park offers two community pools and two community docks that guests are welcome to use. The home features a wraparound porch and sits on a corner lot beside a manmade lagoon. Spectacular vistas and sunsets! Simple walk across street to public beach access. Neighborhood is located on the West End of Ocean Isle Beach and is generally peaceful.
