Spectacular, delightfully appointed, 8 bedrooms/8 full bathrooms - all with double vanities - oceanfront bespoke home (plus 2 half bathrooms) and all the amenities you could ask for! Savor the striking, uninterrupted ocean vistas from two levels of covered decks, calming in the deck-level hot tub with impressive ocean vistas and a private oceanfront pool. Only steps away from the shining Atlantic Ocean! The pool at this home can be heated September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/max. of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as this service should be scheduled in advance. This home really does have it all: a game room complete with a Foosball table and air hockey, flat-screen TVs in every room, elevator, grille, enclosed outdoor shower, horseshoe pit, completely supplied kitchen with 2 fridges and chic coastal décor. Each floor has a family suite to allow parents (or grandparents) to share a room with younger kids if needed. Handicap-friendly features include an elevator and wider doorways/roll-in shower in bedroom #7. A residential, passenger elevator makes unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and suitcases up the stairs. Please read and follow the posted rules. The owner of this home wants to pamper you, so for weekly units we'll make your beds with fresh sheets and a lightweight blanket, lay out bath towel sets (one per guest), as well as supply beach towels. You'll find the home outfitted with bottled water in the refrigerator, as well as a hand soap pump by every sink, and a starter set of following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap and a sponge. In order to properly prepare your home, early check-ins/late check-outs are not available, so plan to check-in at 4:00 PM so as not to miss a min. of surf and sand! Wireless high-speed internet and cable streaming through ATMC's Merge service and Amazon fire sticks. Come and appreciate all that Holden Beach has to offer! The home provides a residential, passenger elevator for your use to make unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and bags up the stairs. Please read and follow the posted rules. Absolutely no family pets nor smoking allowed on this property. All short stays (nightly Holden Beach units less than 7 days) include our #Hobbspitality standard linen drop-off and departure cleaning. Please be aware that specialty housekeeping services such as Ready for Bed, Convenience Service, and towel sets are only supplied with weekly Holden Beach NC units, but can be added to your nightly reservation for a fee. About the Area

Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is on the beach. Museum of Coastal Carolina and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at River's Edge Golf Club and Ocean Ridge Plantation.
