This is a complete getaway, located on a sizable double lot with unique expansive vistas of the ocean, marsh, and the Intracoastal Waterway. There is generous space for safe outdoor activities, with a huge fenced-in yard, two complete levels of wrap-around decks, and 5 screened-in porch areas making multiple private areas to relax, appreciate company, and feel the ocean breeze on this second-row lot.

Cozy outdoor furnishings awaits you on multiple decks as well as screened and outside areas for dining. The owner also provides (2) kayaks w/life jackets and paddles, badminton, volleyball, croquet, foosball, pool table, corn hole, ping pong, bocce ball, and other games for those who adore fun activities. Inside you will find a opulent kitchen, appliances, drink refrigerator, furnishings, floor, bedroom TVs, and a enormous main living area HD TV screen for everybody. You will find this vacation home ideal for both adults and kids, with fast access to the ocean between 1319 & 1321 OBW.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality'! Savor a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.
