Located in the peaceful 800 block of Ocean Boulevard West, the inverted floor plan of this Hobbs Intelligent Home offers a marvelous vista of the Atlantic. Coretec floor in all bedrooms. Rocking chair or porch swing? This home has both. Shade or sunshine? This home has both, with covered porches and an open upper deck. The boardwalk to the beach offers a shower with a foot wash in addition to the enclosed outdoor shower. Elegantly decorated, Bee Holden features a comfortable living area the whole family will adore, a dining table that seats 10 plus seating at the kitchen island, and roomy bedrooms.

The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and bags up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules.
