High on a Dune Ridge, Summer House offers guests commanding vistas and cavernous island living. Panoramic ocean vistas from the broad porches and windows along the front of the home enable guests to relax outdoors. The privacy of the Maritime Forest and roomy back porch offer a shaded respite and added privacy. A spiral outside staircase provides access to a rooftop porch ideal for observing expansive vistas of the island. The spacious reverse floorplan provides one level sleeping arrangements and main living areas that maximize ocean and forest vistas. Sleeps 10 (max.). 4 bedrooms (1K-1Q-1Q-2BB, 1S). 4 full baths.
