This designer home is ideal for bigger families. It is steps from the beach and your own private heated pool in the backyard to relax and appreciate Holden Beach. (There is a $100 per day rate to heat the pool - Advance notice is required and must include check in day) Sleeps up to 10 with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, outdoor pool shower, deck with ocean view and pergola with BBQ & fire table. One row from Ocean Blvd. and a short walk to the public beach access. Holden Beach has plenty of room to spend the day on the sand & in the waves and savor the amazing sunsets each nighttime.

• Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
• Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer renters an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. • Respecting quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay more pleasurable. You'll increase your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are often an incredible source for finding the best local attractions.
• Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Residents can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
• Double-check every room of the property to make sure that you've packed all belongings on check-out day. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Record a video to document the condition of the property.
