3 bedrooms, 2 have queen beds & the 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed on bottom and twin on top. Only Sleeps 7 in bedrooms. The queen sleeper couch in the living room space would need to be used to sleep 9. Entirely equipped kitchen, drip coffee maker, washer, dryer, parking for 1 car guaranteed, possible space for 1 more car depending on time of year. Paid parking also close by. Please abide by no family pets allowed in this building. No smoking allowed inside or outside condo property including decks, pool area, and parking lot.

Full access to entire beachfront condo and 2 private decks. Access to swimming pool, parking, grilles, picnic table & beach access. Outdoor shower and pool rinse stations. Private beach chair and toy storage on ground level.
