THE LOCATION
Holden Beach NC is a modest coastal community in southeast North Carolina known for its welcoming locals, pretty beaches, and nesting sea turtles. Also known as “The Family Beach,” Holden has a long history of local families developing and serving the community. Recognized as a top beach by USA Today, and one of National Geographic Traveler's Magazine top 10 family beach destinations, Holden Beach is the ideal destination for your next vacation. Not only does this home offer gorgeous vistas, and a private beach access but it's convenient location puts you within walking distance of everything the island has to offer.

PROPERTY DETAILS
This property comes entirely supplied with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and calming vacation. Conveniences begin with covered parking and lighting for up to 6 cars. There is a private pool (pool heating option available for an additional cost, please see “Important Information” for more details), tiki bar, private beach access and outdoor shower. Intelligent TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living areas on both floors. The first floor has a pool table and wet bar, and the second floor also has a enormous open living area and a convenient wet bar. This home is very roomy. The elevator makes this home handicap friendly. All Stellar Beach units include bed and bath linens for all stays. This home has keyless entry. To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a propane gas grille. Additionally, this home comes with six (6) beach chairs for you and your event to utilize at your leisure.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Animals are not allowed at this property.

Pre-approval is required for events under age 30.

Smoking is not allowed at any Stellar Beach Property.

Fire pits and deep fryers are not allowed for use at this property due to the safety hazards they pose.

Pool heating is an additional $80 per nighttime with a 3-nighttime minimum. If you would like pool heating, please let us know at the time of booking or at least 30 days prior to your stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by e-mail or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach.

We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay.

We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made and only if check-in is more than 30 days out.

  • Summertime is the most expensive season in coastal NC. To find the largest vacation home within budget, we suggest booking in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular attractions.
  • The sooner you can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are booked early. Booking your rental property six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental property.
  • Property managers sometimes offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Ask your host or property manager if rate reductions are available for your family.
  • Property management companies typically offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses.   • Lock your rental home while you are out and about. Protect the owner's property and your stuff!
  • Double-check the rental property to confirm that you've packed everything at departure. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and look for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the host is not available, take pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • Leave feedback! Property owners rely on good ratings to inspire new bookings. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationing families will be thankful you shared your experience find their best vacation home. Remember to be objective.
