Cozy SMOKE COMPLIMENTARY family home, 4 bedroom, 2 bath with ground level but inside shower, 5 min. walk to the beach and great proximity to handicapped beach access, Second street runs parallel to Ocean front. Showers are available at the beach access and car and golf cart parking is also available if desired. MUST be at least 28 years old to rent.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, blender and coffee maker. The bar area seats 4 and the kitchen table seats 6.

The den area is equipped with a flat screen TV. High speed internet is supplied at no additional charge. Roku present for streaming.

Upstairs bathroom has a freshly refreshed stand up shower with hand held wand. Downstairs bathroom has a stand up shower with hand held wand.

There are 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs bedrooms. One upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and a flat screen TV. The other upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and 1 twin bed. A downstairs bedroom also has a queen bed, twin bed and a flat screen TV. The final bedroom has 2 twin beds. All beds have new beds. All TV's have Roku present for streaming. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience.

This home has been newly updated/updated to include a new washer/dryer, refrigerator and dishwasher. The deck and entry stairs have been rebuilt. Deck chairs are included. There is a gas grille located in the downstairs shower room for your grilling needs. Grille MUST be used on the ground level.
