Ample parking space in driveway and under home and massive deck space for calming. The home is located 1 block from Spartanburg Beach access, only requiring a short walk over the dunes to the beach! Beach chairs (4) and umbrella (1) included. Guests will be renting half of the Duplex Beach home. Access will only be granted to the reserved half of the duplex. All guests are reminded to be mindful and respectful of other guests in separate units on the property. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. Owners will be living on property while running their dive charter business during the summer months.No smoking of any kind on the property!
