Bedroom #1 is conveniently located on the ground level, complete with a queen bed and full bath with tub/shower combo. Also on this level you will appreciate the second family area, complete with flat screen TV and ping-pong table. On the second level you will discover the remaining 3 bedrooms. Bedroom #2 is ideal for the kids, featuring 2 twin bunk bed sets (sleeps 4), TV, and shares the full hall bath (tub/shower combo) with bedroom #3. Bedroom #3 is complete with a queen bed, ceiling fan, TV, and shares the full hall bath (tub/shower combo) with bedroom #2. Bedroom #4 is the Master Ensuite, and features a king size bed, ceiling fan, TV, with private bath including a double vanity and walk-in shower with multiple shower heads. On the outside you will appreciate the fenced yard and back patio for grilling and entertaining around the pool!
