COASTAL RELAXATION AND INFINITE OCEAN VIEWS AND BREEZES offered in this 5BR 3BA home with a private heated pool, just steps away from the public beach access!

The roomy kitchen with new granite countertops features an abundance of cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a pantry and a laundry closet with washer and dryer. Kitchen amenities include a Keurig, toaster oven, blender, Neutra bullet, mixer, and tiny crockpot. The living room has plenty of seating for the family with a plush leather couch and loveseat set, as well as a Intelligent flat-screen TV offering cable and a DVD player.

Downstairs bedrooms include a enormous master suite with a king-size bed and private full bathroom, another room, ideal for kids with a bunk bed and trundle bed, and a third bedroom with a queen-size bed and vistas of the ocean. Also on this floor you will find a second full bathroom.

Upstairs are two additional bedrooms, one cavernous with a queen and single bed, the other with a queen bed and a private balcony with pretty expansive ocean vistas. Note: all five bedrooms have a Intelligent TV.

Appreciate entertaining and the ocean vistas from the back deck or vistas of the ICW from the front porch. Public beach access is a very short 140 foot walk. The pool is open year round, however, the pool heater will only heat the pool when the average air temperatures are somewhere around 55-60 degrees. The heater typically keeps the pool water between 80-85 degrees April - Oct depending on air temperatures. There is no additional cost to heat the pool, but we can not guarantee the pool water temperatures due to the dependency of the air temperatures.
*Please note, pools will NOT be heated November 1 - March 31*

Pool is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All kids must be supervised in the water at all time by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool.

In the peak season (Memorial Day- Labor Day), we provide all bed linens, 1 set of towels per person (1 set includes 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth), and a kitchen towel. In the off-season, linens and towels are an optional fee of $200 at the time of booking. We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each restroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels, and a trash can liner. (Last min. bookings: We need at least 24hr notice in order to provide linens)
