Pirate's Booty, located in the beautiful town of Ocean Isle Beach, is a striking Oceanfront home that has been freshly refreshed and 2021 will bring additional updates including some fresh interior and exterior paint, new roof, pool decking, updated furnishings throughout including new master suite furnishings and new beach-themed furnishings, to name a few. All this home needs now is you!

The main level features an open floor plan with the kitchen, living room, and dining room offering tons of windows to let in an abundance of natural light and impressive vistas of the ocean. The freshly completely outfitted kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a sizable center island with additional seating and new countertops and lighting. The kitchen amenities include a blender, drip coffee maker, toaster, and mixer. Also on this level are two bedrooms furnished with two queen beds in one and two full beds in the other.

Upstairs you will find the elegantly re-decorated master suite which has a king bed and offers charming ocean vistas from the sliding glass door as well as access to the upper deck with new deck furnishings. The street-side bedrooms include one room with a queen bed and another featuring 2 sets of bunk beds, full beds on the bottom and twin beds on top- ideal for kids!

The oceanside of the home offers broad multi-level decking for calming, dining and catching that beautiful sunrise and sunset! Your own private walkway takes you directly to the beach for hours of fun in the sun. This home is equipped with plenty of chairs, umbrellas and beach toys so make sure to grab them from the storage unit on your way down there!

After you've had your fill of the beach, head back up to the home to savor your own private pool! There's more than enough deck space for soaking up the sun in one of the many lounge chairs and nothing beats a cool dip to help you relax. Convenient outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand before entering the pool or home.

NO Family Animals — if you bring an unauthorized pet you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.

NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise

NO fire pits or deep fryers allowed on premise

Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and tranquility of mind.

Pool and/or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All kids must be supervised in the water at all time by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced weekly. Please keep in mind that due to tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.

The pool is open year round. The heater typically keeps the pool water between 80-84 degrees April 1 - Oct 31 depending on outside air temperatures and weather. There is no additional cost to heat the pool, but we can not guarantee the pool water temperatures due to the dependency of the weather and air temperatures. Please keep in mind that the heater only runs when the pump runs and typically the pump does not run at nighttime due to timers.
*Please note, pools will NOT be heated November 1 - March 31, NO EXCEPTIONS*

In the peak season (Memorial Day - Labor Day), whole home linens and towels are part of the cleaning fee and are included in your reservation. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be supplied per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.
**In the off-season (Labor Day - Memorial Day), linens and towels are NOT supplied in your reservation and are an optional additional fee of $250 at the time of booking. You can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third event. (Last min. bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens!)**

We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.
