Handsome ocean vistas, plenty of sleep time privacy, and high end leather seating in the living room gives just a taste of what this spectacular beach vacation home has to offer! This brand new build offers many striking features such as an elevator, outdoor private shower, and modern kitchen and baths. The ground floor features a garage and private bedroom suite. Head on up to the first floor where you will find a roomy primary bedroom suite and two more suites sharing a jack and jill bathroom. The top floor is where you will probably spend most of your time in the great room with spectacular ocean vistas. A extravagant kitchen with granite countertops adjoins the dining and living room, which feature shiplap paneling. This premier new build features simple to clean LVP floor throughout, bespoke tile in all the bathrooms, and a spiral staircase to a rooftop sun deck. Luxury abounds in a casually elegant beach rental that will become your new home away from home.

Primary Bedroom Suite: king bed, walk-in closet, ensuite porch, ensuite bath with bespoke tile shower, double granite-topped vanity, toilet. Overflow twin gel bed in closet for guest use (bring your own sheets.)
Guest Bedroom: queen bed with a trundle and storage drawers 
Jack N Jill Bathroom: bathtub and shower, single vanity, toilet
Guest Bedroom: queen bed with storage drawers 

Level 3:
Living Room: Leather Couch, leather side chairs, intelligent VT, ocean view porch with spiral stairs to rooftop
Kitchen: granite countertops with seating for 4, stainless refrigerator, dishwasher, range, and microwave.
Dining Area: dining table with seating for 10 
Hallway Bathroom: bathtub and shower, single vanity, toilet
Bedroom 5: queen bed

Level 4: rooftop sun deck

Linens - Beds will be made with clean sheets, bath towels will be lying on the end of the beds, bathmats supplied in each bathroom, kitchen towel and dish sponge supplied. (Guest will need to make any trundle, couch beds, or top bunk beds.)  

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Off Season Check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm
Check-out is by 10 am. 
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Pet Policy: No family pets allowed.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.

• To find the largest rental home within budget, we recommend reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular Wilmington, NC attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Wilmington, NC vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
