This brand new build offers many spectacular features such as an elevator, outdoor private shower, and modern kitchen and baths. The ground floor features a garage and private bedroom suite. Head on up to the first floor where you will find a roomy primary bedroom suite and two more suites sharing a jack and jill bathroom. The top floor is where you will probably spend most of your time in the great room. A extravagant kitchen with granite countertops adjoins the dining and living room, which feature shiplap paneling. This premier new build features painless to clean LVP floor throughout, bespoke tile in all the bathrooms, and a spiral staircase to a rooftop sun deck. Luxury abounds in a casually chic beach rental that will become your new home away from home.

Living Room: Leather Couch, leather side chairs, intelligent VT, ocean view porch with spiral stairs to rooftop
Kitchen: granite countertops with seating for 4, stainless refrigerator, dishwasher, range, and microwave.
Dining Area: dining table with seating for 10 
Hallway Bathroom: bathtub and shower, single vanity, toilet

Linens - Beds will be made with clean sheets, bath towels will be lying on the end of the beds, bathmats included in each bathroom, kitchen towel and dish sponge supplied. (Guest will need to make any trundle, couch beds, or top bunk beds.)  

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Off Season Check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm
Check-out is by 10 am. 
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Pet Policy: No family pets allowed.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.

Stroll through the marsh to visit the home of the famed Ft. Fisher Hermit. • Property management companies typically offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses.
