Located in The Greenwood neighborhood of Wilmington the home is a few blocks from the Cargo District and is a fast 10 min. stroll to the eateries, bars and stores located in the district. There is a locally-owned shop next door to grab a quick soda or snack. If you plan on going out for the nighttime it is about a 20 min. walk to the historic district and going down Market Street is always a excellent walk.

If walking, the home is within 10 mins. of the Cargo District and 20 mins. of Historic Downtown. There is plenty of street parking if you care to drive and Ubers and Lyfts are always a click on your app away.

The home can sleep 8-10 people comfortably but the living room is most cozy with 6-7. However if you utilize the bedroom chairs you could fit up to 10 in the living room with space.
