Who doesn't adore a wrap-around rocking chair porch? This is a pet friendly home known as "Nest Egg", and you'll want to invest your time appreciating the close by beach access and rustic appeal from a bygone era. There are two bedrooms located on the main level (both have a Queen bed) and two more upstairs (one with a Queen and the other with 3 Twin beds). For additional guests or kids you can also use the Queen-sized sleeper couch located in the main level Queen bedroom.

There are two full bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen to complete this home, along with a separate dining room that seats 4 - ideal for a late nighttime game of Spades! The kitchen table also seats 4 and there are 3 barstools at the kitchen counter.

You can't beat Carolina beach for family fun and your family will want to come back often and stay at the "Nest Egg"!

***Note that owner reserves the right to occupy the lower level of the structure with at least a 24 hour notice, but this is a very rare occurrence stringently for maintenance or emergencies.***

Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-returnable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. min. of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of family pets are selected. Nonrefundable costs are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not supplied automatically when booking on Vacation Rental By Owner and must be paid separately to the host if you wish to bring a pet(s). Failure to disclose and prepay for dogs will result in penalty costs which are disclosed in House Rule #16.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-returnable cancellation costs and travel insurance (if applicable).

• Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and scan for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
• Did your family have a wonderful stay? Most rental websites make it easy for travelers to provide comments. If your property and/or host was fantastic, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was imperfect and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
