Shifting Sands offers a traditional floor plan, 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms, with one of the bedrooms and a half bath being located in the private Crofter. A really comfortable abode, the kitchen features a enormous bar for additional seating. Everything on the first floor is well-lit by the ambient light coming through the view-promoting windows. Extensive living room with leather couches centers around a handsome gas fireplace. The first floor provides a King Master Suite with tub-shower combo & oceanfront vistas.
