Oceanfront two bedroom condo located on the third floor.

There is a full kitchen and all necessary cookware and dishes. The condo can sleep four people. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom number one and a TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a TV.The master bath has a walk in shower and bathroom number 2 has a tub/shower combo.

The condo has elegant and private WiFi and the cable service has a full package of entertainment options.

Full housekeeping and maid service is supplied in your rental price. When departing it is requested that the dishwasher be loaded and the garbage removed to the onsite dumpster.

Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable properties. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
  • In the Wilmington, NC area, The sooner you can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are booked very early. Reserving your rental home up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.
  • Some owners offer special rates for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if discounts are available for your family before you book.
  • Booking websites frequently offer their guests an option to add trip insurance protection.
