Carefully located on the 1st floor you will find 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and a huge, open kitchen, living and dining room with an abundance of natural lighting. Bedroom #1 (Pelican) offers a King bed, private bathroom and vistas of the glistening ocean with access to the covered deck. Bedroom #2 (King Crab) offers a King bed, private bathroom and vistas of the soft sands of Holden Beach, with access to the covered deck. Bedroom #3 (Sea Horse) offers a Queen bed with a shared hall bath. Enjoy cooking tasty meals in the well-supplied kitchen with ice maker, 2 fridges and 2 dishwashers. Make mealtime family time eating together in the sizable dining room. Take the entertainment into the living room and savor board games, cards, and a huge screen tv. On the 2nd floor you will be greeted by 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms. Bedroom #4 (Coral Reef) offers a Queen bed and sizable private bathroom with front porch access. Bedroom #5 (Pirate Cove) offers 2 full/twin bunk beds with a full shared bathroom, Bedroom #6 (Sea Turtle) offers an ocean front king bedroom and private bath with access to the covered deck overlooking the shore. Bedroom #7 (Surfs Up) offers an ocean front Queen bed with private bath with access to the covered deck overlooking the shore. On the 2nd floor you will also find a complete laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. On the second floor is a secondary entertainment room with a large TV ideally located for the younger crowd to enjoy their own hideaway.
The entrance level has a large game room located outside behind the garage door. Spend hours playing ping pong, darts and cornhole and when heading to the beach enjoy the beach chairs that have been included.
